To offer unique, creative products at accessible prices, most of our orders are shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners in China.
This international fulfillment model allows us to work closely with specialist manufacturers and maintain consistent product quality across our range.

3. Shipping Rates
Standard International Shipping
Shipping fees are calculated automatically and clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
In some regions, free shipping promotions may apply and will be shown automatically at checkout when eligible.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
You can track your parcel at any time using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
5. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped in separate packages.
This happens when items are fulfilled from different specialist partners.
There is no additional shipping cost for split shipments.
6. Taxes, VAT & Import Duties
Depending on your destination country, orders may be subject to import taxes, VAT, or customs duties imposed by local authorities.
These charges are not controlled or collected by Novalis Outdoor and are the responsibility of the recipient where applicable.
