1. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, as well as major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through PayPal’s secure guest checkout—no PayPal account required.
2. How long will it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your package has shipped and a tracking number is available.
3. Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand only.
4. What shipping carriers do you use?
All orders ship with USPS or UPS from our CN fulfillment center.
5. How do I track my package?
Once your order leaves our warehouse you’ll receive an email containing a clickable tracking link. You can also log into your Novalis Outdoor account to view tracking.
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes, please contact us at support@novalisoutdoor.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help!
7. What is your return policy?
You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping). Please see our full Refund Policy for details.
